Nuevo Artic by Totiaran is a bright duplex located in the Val de Ruda urbanization, at the foot of the slopes at Baqueira Beret's 1,500 meter mark. The accommodation is located in a privileged location, next to the access to the cable car. An unbeatable location for ski lovers.
The New Artic is an apartment divided into three floors. On the first level we find a bright and spacious living-dining room with a fireplace. The dining room has magnificent views of the mountain and next to it is the fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a trundle bed, and a comfortable bathroom.
On the second level we find a beautiful double room with bathroom included and a second room with 4 single beds. On this same level we find a second bathroom. And on the third level, we find a nice loft with 4 single beds and a TV, an ideal space for children.
The apartment includes a parking space and a ski locker. From the car park you can directly access the ski storage locker and the gondola lift through lifts that will leave you at the same ski pass control entrance and access to the ski lift. Enjoy your stay, the comfort of skiing in a newly built apartment located at the foot of the slopes and the incredible natural environment that surrounds the Val de Ruda urbanization.
