Let’s start with a quiet street in Windsor, California lined with mature trees. So peaceful it feels like a movie set shimmering under a crisp blue sky at the base of Foothill Regional Park.

The first thing you will notice when you enter the house is the sunken LIVING ROOM. Two steps down and you’ll be surrounded by a large sofa and a motorized leather recliner, both of which face a double-sided fireplace and a massive wall-mounted HDTV. Use this space as a conversation pit, or to Netflix & Chill.
The double-sided fireplace serves as a divider between the living room and the DINING ROOM. A large six-person table in the middle of the dining room gives plenty of room to eat.
The KITCHEN is well-stocked for whatever culinary effort you want to exert. Whether you are preparing a gourmet feast or divvying up delivery pizza, you’ll find all the utensils, dishes, serving dishes and glassware you need here. A coffee maker, blender, toaster and the other appliances you would expect are here, too.
The kitchen features bar stools along the counter and a four-top table surrounded by bright bay windows. Add this seating to the dining room set-up and there are enough spots for even the largest of family meals.
The floors transition from hardwood to carpet as you enter the bedrooms. All three bedrooms have queen size beds with supple bedding, abundant closet/dresser space for you to unpack and vertical blinds to let in or block out as much sun as you want.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a private bathroom with a large drop-in tub and a separate walk-in shower. A work desk and office chair are available in this room.
BEDROOM #1 and BEDROOM #2 share a large bathroom with dual vanities to cut down on the risk of traffic jams as everyone in your party gets ready.
A huge bonus to this home is the large private OFFICE located near the front of the house. A spacious desk and doors allow you to shut yourself off from the rest of the goings-on in the house if need be.
Almost the entire backside of the house opens up via French doors to release you to the expansive BACKYARD.
The grill has all the tools you’ll need for outdoor cooking. Some of the outdoor seating is in the shade and some is not, so choose whatever suits your mood. The lawn is thick and lush. The bocce ball court is something you don’t see every day, and may even become a new obsession for you and your party.
In front of the house, the driveway provides PARKING for two cars and you’ll feel safe parking additional cars on the street in this serene neighborhood.
PETS are welcome. Please let us know if your furry friends will be accompanying you at the time of booking. A $200 per-stay charge is required.
