The Mountainside Ranch in Williams is a secluded 1.5 acre property on a hillside overlooking a scenic view. This beautiful custom built home features a large open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, cozy wood pellet stove, and a rustic farmhouse feel throughout the home. The common area leads to a large covered back deck where you can enjoy sunset views around a propane fire pit. Our home provides a wonderful destination for a private weekend of relaxation or exploration of Northern Arizona.
The Space:
The home is a short mile drive off of hwy 64 up a gravel/dirt road. The road is only maintained by the residents in the area. Drive slow when on the dirt road as there can be ruts, higher speed will cause an increase in dust. This cozy 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom 1400 sq ft house features a king size bed, queen size bed, large sectional couch, starlink internet, central A/C, heat and a wood pellet fire place for winter stays. Two roku TV's available for streaming of your choice. All bed linens and towels along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand lotion are provided. A few board games and card games are provided for your entertainment!
This home can accommodate up to 6 guest if two guest sleeping on the couch is acceptable to you. Fitted sheets, soft plush blankets, and extra pillows are provided!
There is also a furnished and covered large back deck that faces West for beautiful sunset views any time of the year. There is also a BBQ grill, fire table, and corn hole for your enjoyment. The dining table seats 6 along with an island table seating two.
The hot water heater is equipped with a recirculation system providing instant hot water year round. A washer and dryer are available for guest use as well, detergent is provided.

The entire home is to yourself. There are multiple outbuildings on the property which are all locked. These building house the owners property as they continue to enjoy the home when it is not booked. Please respect the building and do not enter.
Driving:
During winter months, the road can be snow covered and only accessible by 4x4 after heavy snows. Cancelation due to weather related inaccessibility will be accepted.
Backyard:
Fire restriction in Northern Arizona are very common, please check the Coconino County website for current status in regard to using the propane BBQ grill.
Kitchen:
Condiments such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil, along with other seasoning are provided. Folgers coffee and sugar are provided to enjoy coffee during your stay.
Weather:
The weather is ever changing, pack accordingly during summer and winter months.
Cameras:
They're a total of 3 cameras: front door, shed (floodlight) , and tac house (floodlight). These cameras are solely for security, as we house our own valuable items on the property.
