Discover Norris Lake at our serene brand new lake front home located in Hickory Pointe. Finished building in 2018 and ready for summer 2020. Our 3,500 square foot home with all modern amenities and NO STEPS TO THE LAKE!! Plus At &t gig fiber internet and whole home WiFi. A plus for young and old alike. A gradual paved walk to the lake and dock! The awe inspiring mountain and lake views will be a great vacation spot for you and your family. Whether it is family vacation, boating, swimming, fishing, or visiting the local ATV parks, our home is the perfect place for you. Our home will sleep 10 comfortably. OUR MAX OCCUPANCY IS 10! Please write us if you want to have more people stay with you. IF we agree, there will be an extra fee of $250.00 a person.
Please note: we only rent our home for 7 nights, we do not rent for any longer periods than that.
Escape to the foothills of Tennessee and enjoy the deep water. Have your morning coffee and watch the sunrise while relaxing off our deck, fish off our private dock, or rent a boat at the nearby marina and enjoy your entire day on the water. We have a screened in deck to enjoy the evenings watching the sunset. We also have a ton of space for multiple trailers so bring ATV's, Jet Ski's, and Boats. Enjoy the private launch right from our neighborhood, yes you don't have to bother with trying to find a space for your trailer at the local marina. Also we are a eight minute boat ride away from BUBBA BREWS!
