Summary: The location in front of the park is awesome. It is well laid out and appointed and impeccably clean. Unfortunately, there are front and back rooms. I stayed at a back room that had no AC, was quite hot and had to stay with the window open all night into a parking lot overlooking a restaurant and the kitchen extractors. Overall, the stay was not comfortable due to the hot room that never really cooled down. Would not recommend the back rooms for summer and fall stays.
