A wonderfully comfortable house with spacious living room and a beautiful sunny garden with all modern conveniences. In the kitchen there are 2 espresso / Nespresso machines for delicious coffee. Within 10 minutes you are in the center by bike, bus or metro. But within 10 minutes you are also surrounded by nature. The house has 3 nice bedrooms suitable for 4 adults and 1 child. 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a bed that can be made into a double bed. And a bedroom with a spacious double bed (1.80 - 2.00 m) The bathroom has a bath with shower. There are brochures and information about Amsterdam in the home. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly residents. And there is FREE PARKING, which is unique for Amsterdam! A square with a butcher, 2 bakers and a small grocery store is a 2-minute walk away. There is also a fishing cart with the tastiest Dutch herring. On the square you can also find delicious pizzas. The owners are Italian, so they are real Italian pizzas! There is also a partially covered shopping center with clothing stores, 2 supermarkets open daily until 9 p.m drugstores, and more. You are not in the middle of the bustle of the center of Amsterdam, but just wonderfully quiet and yet close to all shops and sights. The Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum or the Jordaan are easily accessible via the new metro, the North-South line. You are there from the metro stop within 10 minutes. The bus from the square at the property takes you to the metro in 5 minutes. Also very suitable for families with children. There are many playgrounds nearby and there is even a swimming pool not far from the house. The garden is closed so safe for children playing. In short, an ideal location!
