2 Bedroom Apartment with Spa, Fireplace and Pool
Apartment ideal for 2 families. Great views over pines and over the Lake Matemale. Close to one blue ski slope (the Baliu is 200 meters) and free shuttle to the city center.
Our apartment is on the second floor down (2 floors + three steps below the street level). The 70m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate 2 families.
It has 2 bathrooms (one with shower and WC, one with bath and a separate toilet). All rooms are separated from the living room by at least one door, allowing children to rest while parents are having diner or watching television.
The sleeping area consists of:
One bedroom with double bed,
a cabin with bunk beds,
and a very large room of about 17 m2 with a double bed and bunk beds for 4 people (NB: you must go through the cabin to access the 3rd bedroom)
The views of the Matemale lake is very nice from the lounge and it is possible to eat on the balcony especially in summer.
The apartment is equipped with many appliances: microwave, Nespresso machine, raclette machine, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, ski room at the same level as the apartment
Thank you for not smoking in the apartment, this is ok on the balcony
