Summary: Talithia at the reception desk was amazing. Thank you for making our stay special. The sink in the room was blocked from the moment we arrived but because we were only at the hotel for one day I couldn't be bothered to complain until we checked out the following morning. The shower drainage was also very poor. A 5star hotel should not have these issues guys 😮‍💨
