Summary: We were in town for a softball tournament and found/booked this property. The property is huge and had a lot of "potential" but this property has been riden hard and put away wet for YEARS without ANY TLC. No cable TV .... internet went out and had to reach out to property manager to fix ... looks like it has not been deep cleaned EVER. Ice machine in fridge looks like it hasn't worked in years ... master bedroom TV no remote (didn't work) ... blinds broken all over .... master bedroom no fitted sheet (just one sheet on fitted laying over matress) and removed the comforter to find a silverfish running around on the bed ... couches were filthy ... floors didn't look clean ... drywall repair with no paint .... wine fridge not hooked up .... appliances seem to be very very old .... multiple sheens of white paint on sloppy repairs .... didn't get "check in info" until night before and had to hound property manager for info to be sent .... baseboards filthy ... property reaked off renuzit air fresheners ... you have to enter home through garage ..... I WAS SO EXCITED TO STAY HERE, PRIOR TO WALKING IN. Very sad to see such great potential being so neglected for such a long period of time (obvious when we walked in and took pictures to prove it and of the lovely silverfish in the bed). We will not be staying here again unfortunately and we will be taking a LONG shower now that we are out of there. WHAT A BUMMER.
