Diamond Beach is a little pocket right next to Wildwood Crest and a short drive to Cape May. It features beautiful, private, family-friendly beaches and its never too crowded. Hang out, eat, or listen to Live Music at Icona's Star Beach Bar or the private Club at Diamond Beach (4 season passes included, kids 8 and under do not need a pass) where they have food, games, and a full service bar.
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom completely renovated single detached home with 2 car driveway parking sleeps up to 10 people (4 adults and 6 children) and is right by the bay with gorgeous views. It is a short 4-5 blocks to the beach at Jefferson Ave and you will have access to the private beach " The Club at Diamond Beach".
Main bedroom - king bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanity, free-standing tub, and a large shower with a frame-less glass door, tv, and access to the top deck with amazing sunsets over the bay while you relax in swivel bar-height Adirondack chairs.
2nd bedroom- two twin beds, a large closet, flat screen smart tv, a nice view overlooking the bay.
3rd bedroom- two sets of twin bunk beds with pull-out trundles underneath, a large closet, and a flat screen smart tv.
The first floor has a nice open floor plan with a brand new kitchen that includes a large island with seating for 4, GE Cafe Series Appliances, and quartz countertops. There is also a powder room, laundry room, and a 65 inch LG Smart TV on this floor. The dining area has seating for 5. Just off the dining area is a nice sun porch with a small couch, an air hockey table, and a smart tv. There are slider doors from the sun porch that lead to a composite deck with a table for 6 and a natural gas grill. There is also 1st floor laundry, a small deck off the kitchen, and an outside shower!
There is a nice front yard, side yards, and a small backyard for the kids to run and play. It is located on a dead-end street, so no traffic! Kids bikes and helmets are available for use.
2-car driveway parking is included and also a garage for storage only.
Beach chairs are available for use and are located in the garage.
2 local parks are within walking distance that the kids will love with slides and swingsets. One is 2 blocks away and the other is about 3 blocks away on the way to the beach.
