In the winter there is excellent large mountain skiing at Loon Mountain but also offering; skaters an outdoor rink is on-site, cross country skiing, and zip lining all year round! Cannon Mountain, Waterville Valley and Bretton Woods ski areas are a short car ride away. You can also enjoy cross-country skiing or just relaxing in front of the fireplace.
The White Mountains offer a variety of both winter and summer activities for the entire family. Enjoy hiking on hundreds of trails from easy to advanced terrain, biking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, rock climbing, polar caves, waterfalls, kayaking, gondola rides, horseback riding, rafting, skate parks and more. We are close to many family attractions including Whales Tales Water Park, Clarks Trading Post, Hobo Railroad, the Flume Gorge and many more. Outlet shopping in North Conway is a short drive down the Scenic Kancamagus Highway.
