Home has a great location, only minutes to Grocery stores, fast food, freeway entrances and shopping! Lee University is nearby as well as Cleveland State! Relax by the pool with all new outdoor furniture or in the giant family area with large windows overlooking backyard. Small screened in porch is also off the house overlooking pool. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out, a well stocked kitchen, all in a nice quiet neighborhood that is minutes from everything! Floor plan has the Master Bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom. There is also another full bath off the living rooms. Upstairs has two more bedrooms, one room with two twin beds and one room has a king bed. A full bathroom with a bathtub is also upstairs between twin and king rooms. * house has just been remodeled 2022.
