Living room includes 60 inch high definition flatscreen TV with Apple TV and Cable. Wood burning fireplace makes this large entertaining space cozier. New couch and matching chaise lounge as well as chair makes it ideal for large families or entertaining.
Dining room table seats 8 and the wraparound counter/bar 4. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, including the master (Queen Bed-Brand new mattress/box string and brand new sheets and pillows) which has a sliding glass door/access to the outside, full bathroom (just renovated) with standup shower and jacuzzi tub. The cozy front bedroom has a day bed (new mattress, new sheets and pillows). The first floor common space has a full bathroom with stand up shower.
The second floor includes two additional bedrooms, one with a NEW Queen mattress and box spring (new bed linens and pillows) and the other a full bed and a twin bed (both new mattress and box spring as well as linens and pillows) There is a Jack and Jill just renovated full bathroom with tub and standup shower. Beautiful balcony overlooking the open floorplan below.
The newly renovated fully finished lowest level houses an additional entertaining space that includes living area. Brand new floor to floor carpeting make this space cozy in the winter and an optional additional sleeping area (via aero bed - NOT included) or 3 couches (they DO NOT pull out). The highlight of this space is the separate wellness space that incudes jacuzzi tubs, sauna and meditation area. There is an additional 1/2 bath in the lowest level.
The surrounding one acre houses a tennis court, pool, BBQ, outdoor dining area, gas fire table, lounge space.
Perfect central location to head to the beach, jump off of 27 after a long ride in the car.
