Named after one of the owners’ beloved twin nephews, Sloppy Joe’s is one of two adjoined and identical condo units. A “head to toe” renovation will be completed by end of June, 2022, including a new kitchen, appliances, bedrooms, etc. Like its namesake, this unique property will put a smile on your face and remind you of how gentle and kind life can be. The spacious yard is the perfect place for families to gather after a day on the beach and includes a large grassy yard and Weber grill. Guests of Sloppy Joe’s are a short walk to Summer Sessions Surf Shop, where they can enjoy Acai Bowls and fresh breakfast sandwiches, and The Carriage House, featuring upscale American dining and the best cocktail menu in coastal New Hampshire.
