3 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Laundry and Air Conditioner

Come enjoy the coziness of the small town, Watkinsville, GA. Enjoy the amenities of a three bedroom, two bathroom house. In the master, there is a comfy king bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the baby room has a crib, ready to make your family feel welcomed and at home. We also have a very comfortable sectional that sleeps like a twin bed when the pillows are pulled off. Enjoy a Saturday Game Day just outside of Athens, with a short 15 minute drive to the stadium. We also have a covered back porch with a tv installed, with YouTube TV available. This is our primary residence, so we are wishing to have a family that is respectful and kind to our home, stay with us. Under no circumstances do we allow parties or drugs on the premises. We have a ring camera at the front and back door and will monitor how many people are on the property. We would love to have you visit and make yourself at home.

Summary: This house was very cute, updated, and perfect for a weekend stay near Athens! It was a short drive to the stadium and we had no traffic. The owners were very accommodating and willing to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
