Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level with a large living room. The living area opens to a screened in porch overlooking the golf course 4th tee box. The porch is the perfect spot to watch deer that roam in the evening hours. (Upstairs private for owners..)
All TVs are smart TVs with free wifi available in the home. Renters may log into apps with their own accounts.
Ocean Ridge is a small gated community that offers golf, tennis, and recreation. GUEST AMENITY available for a FEE at recreation center.
