Come stay in this top to bottom freshly remodeled Lake House a short 12 minute drive south of Grove, OK. Enjoy this rustic modern home with all new appliances, flooring, heating and cooling. This home has two large outdoor living areas for your enjoyment with beautiful lake views in a small, quiet lake community with paved roads all the way to the home. Enjoy the 2nd level large deck for lounging and relaxing with your friends and family, or sit around the large lower patio, while you grill or cook some s'mores around the fire pit. The cottage is beautifully furnished with Queen Beds in each of the 4 bedrooms with an additional 2 bunks in one of the bedrooms for your children. A large corner couch allows for 2 additional spots to sleep. Swim and hang out on our private brand new dock located conveniently next to the private community boat ramp. The dock is directly down the hill from the house. The dock has a large swim deck with a 10 foot wide by 25 foot long slip to keep your boat in. Cable TV with 100GB Internet WIFI! There is plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers in the driveway. There is additional parking available in front of the house and by the dock. The property owners live around the corner full time in case there is anything that you may need.
Courthouse Hollow is conveniently located Mid-Lake and is well known for good fishing and great watersports. Shangri-La Resort and Patricia Island Golf Course are both a short boat ride away as well as several other marinas and on the water restaurants. We have Fiber internet with 100 MBS speed. We pride ourselves in a neat and clean property. Contactless check in and check out.
