Located in the heart of Pierpont Beach property with stunning 240 degree ocean and mountain views from almost every room. This is the beach vacation property you dreamed of that is only 10 houses to the sand.
This beautiful recently remodeled 2200 square foot beach property has all the amenities for relaxing or entertaining. Perfect for a large family gathering or a quiet romantic getaway for 2. It has a brand new large gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors with stunning views of the ocean. The living room has a beautiful new sofa along with a new 50 inch flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a brand new king bed with new down comforter and bedding, a large walk in closet with a full bath including Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The other two guest bedrooms also have all new bedding with down comforters and new beds. One of the bedrooms has two queen beds and the other has one queen bed with a shared full bathroom. All of the bedrooms have new flat screen TV's powered by Directv. A onsite full size washer and dryer are also available. Step out on to the wrap around deck with stunning panoramic ocean and mountain views with a brand new gas BBQ and two patio sets with seating for four. Enjoy a romantic dinner at sunset or just relax out on the patio and read a book. High Speed Internet and WiFi is also available for your convenience allowing you to stay connected for business or pleasure.
The property is not only within walking distance of the secluded beautiful beach but also to a large Vons supermarket, Donut shop and Starbucks as well as the quaint downtown with dining, drinks, yogurt shop, surf shop and coffee shops. There is no need to drive once you get here. There are also many walking and biking trails for you to enjoy nearby. Don't miss the amazing sunsets and views of the Islands from either the house or the beach. This is a newly listed property as we have just finished our recent remodel, that is why we have no reviews yet. The property has 3 parking spots ( 2 car garage and 1 in front of the garage). Parking is very hard to come by at the beach so you and your family or friends will have a place to park while you are enjoying your incredible vacation in our little oasis by the sea!

Summary: We booked the home to make it easier for family to get together. Celebrating my mom's 90th. She lives in the Ventura area, and wanted to make it easy for her. Instead of individual hotel rooms we rented this beautiful home. So much in walking distance, and so close to all of the other activities. We had one long three-day party spread out throughout the town. :-) Great communication, very prompt, and Mary even able to speak on the phone. We all can't wait to stay there again.
