The covered front porch has table, chairs and gas BBQ. The well appointed bathroom has a deep tub for soaking. Laundry closet in unit has washer and dryer for guests to use. A single parking spot in the heated garage below is designated for the unit and there are numerous and available, free public parking spots in front of the condos. The Durango Mountain Park bike trails form a perfect horseshoe loop directly off the front porch. The Rivergate complex is for mature professionals and this rental unit does not accommodate for pets or children. Medical professionals will especially love the location as it is a 1 minute walk to the Animas Surgical Hospital complex and a five min drive to Mercy Medical Center.
