New gas grill in screened lanai with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the sunshine or starry nights after golf or a day at the beach - bug free! Patio heater. Weekly pool and landscaping services. Beautiful beaches, golf courses, shopping, restaurants and Legacy bike trail close by. New furniture throughout with tasteful decor.
