Summary: This is nice little house. It was very clean, the air conditioning was excellent, the bed (only used one) was comfortable. The pool is a big plus. The pool guy showed up about 7am a few mornings to clean the pool, but didn't bother us. The Farmacia Guadalajara a block down the street has many grocery items, enogh to meet our needs. We did not do any cooking, except for the coffee maker, but everything that would be needed is there. Plenty of drinking water was provided. The Casa Mission restaurant across the street has good food and a very friendly English speaking staff. It is on a busy street so there is some traffic noise, but it didn't bother our sleep. The taxi drivers have difficulty finding it without a house number, so we referenced the flower shop in the same block. You may want to bring extra towels and was coths, depending on the number of guests and length of stay. You will need beach towels if that is in your plans. And the ladies may want to bring a hair dryer. This is a very private and comfortable house. We will stay there again.
