You'll have plenty of space to take it easy here, whether you're taking in the sunshine on the wraparound deck, soaking in the private covered hot tub, relaxing in the light-filled living space, or curling up by the fire for a movie night with your loved ones.

The charming community of Plain (three miles south) is a convenient place to shop, find Nordic ski rentals, or grab a burger. You can also enjoy a delicious dinner, Sunday brunch, or a guided horseback ride at Mountain Springs Lodge, just outside of Plain. This home is close to a wealth of year-round outdoor recreation as well. The Chiwawa Sno-Park is less than five miles west, where you'll find cross-country skiing and snowshoe trails, plus hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails. In addition to the nearby Chiwawa River, you'll also find two lakes close by - Fish Lake (a great spot for year-round fishing) six miles northwest and Lake Wenatchee State Park (with breathtaking views of the lake and excellent swimming, boating, picnicking, and hiking) seven miles west. The Bavarian-inspired town of Leavenworth is only 17 miles away, offering year-round festivals, shopping, fine dining, wine tasting, and live music.
