Summary: This house was so perfect for our large group of extended family and friends. We were down in San Diego for my daughter's wedding. There are so many great features in this home! My favorite things were the A/C units in each room, bathrooms in each room, plenty of comfortable chairs and couches to relax and visit in, the calm, slower-paced location away from all the traffic, but still convenient to all of San Diego, cleanliness, washer and dryer, lots of parking onsite, and the excellent communication and hospitality of Abed, the owner. Other features I liked were the jetted tub in the large bedroom, ceiling fans in all the rooms (in addition to A/C), can lights providing good lighting, the interior paint, trim, armchairs, and rugs, good sized wastebaskets in each room, barbecue, chickens and other animals right there, fresh mulberries to eat (so sweet!!), handheld shower sprayer, the game room, and etageres in the bathrooms for increased storage. Abed was so responsive to our texts and calls, and he brought us just-picked mulberries and cucumbers. I think our group was the 2nd to rent this newly-listed home. As such, there were a couple of things that we needed addressing. There were not enough towels for our group of 14 and there was an issue with the septic system, resulting in a bad smell. Abed was quick to bring us more towels and address the septic smell and had the plumbers there within a few hours. He bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable.
