4 Bedroom House with TV, Barbecue and Kitchen

Available two weeks in 2018. July 28-August 4th and August 11th to the 18th of August. This is a Saturday to Saturday stay at our lovely home!
This is a three story townhouse (reversed living unit) with a roof top.
This property is on a very quiet street. One and a half blocks to the beautiful beach and a half a block to the bay.
1st floor - entry foyer and garage
2nd floor - master bedroom and master bathroom. 3 additional bedrooms and another full bath. Balcony off one of the bedrooms .
3rd floor - Open concept living area includes (living area , dining and kitchen). Large balcony with outdoor furniture.
Roof top - great views of the ocean and bay.
Backyard - newly landscaped fully fenced backyard. Equipped with gas grill, outdoor dining and sitting area. in addition to an outdoor shower.
Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living area . This home is in great condition with mostly new furniture. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Summary: A lot of money for what you get. No sheets , broken patio furniture on terrace, broken window shades, garbage in every closet. I would expect more for a house charging this rate per night and the host should be more clear about no sheets and towels- like include in big letters on her message that informs about WiFi etc. there is no mention on description or amenities list about that and when arriving as a family at the end of season for four days it’s not nice to start off having to buy sheets and make beds. Leaning before arriving was horrible dust everywhere and dishes still in machine. I’ve spent far less and had hosts make sure of our comfort far more. Plus we were charged a cleaning fee for four days which should be refunded as there were sand and cobwebs throughout the house.
