Enjoy this 1700sq ft newly updated classic Victorian style home in the heart of the Baker neighborhood. Walk to almost anything your heart could desire from bars, restaurants, shopping, groceries and tons of other attractions. Enjoy sitting in front of the fire and the back patio complete with grill and fire pit for beautiful Colorado evenings.
From the main entrance you will walk into the main sitting area with a cozy gas fireplace. The entertainment are is just through the sitting area. Down the hall you will find a formal dining area and newly remodeled kitchen.
Out the back is a lovely patio complete with lights, grill and fire pit and a sitting area to beautiful Colorado evenings and crisp mornings.
The basement has a full size bed with a full size pull out sofa and private attached bath.
Up the stairs are 3 additional bedrooms with queen size beds. The front larger room has an attached bath while the other two rooms share.
