~ Enjoy your favorite shows or games on the 65-inch Samsung Smart TVs in the living room & 43-inch Samsung Smart TV in the master bedroom

~ Master bedroom has a king-sized Sealy hybrid mattress with an ease base so you can get comfortable whether you’re reading, watching TV or sleeping. The master bedroom also includes a private bath with a shower and a spacious walk-in closet with built-in shelves and drawers.
~ Guest bedroom #1 is well equipped with a Sealy queen mattress and an ease base. Located right next to the main bathroom this guest room can easily become its own suite by closing the pocket door separating the area from the center of the house.

Because of the nature of the streets in the villa area absolutely no RV’s, trailers, or boats can be parked at this property. Driveway & parking in front of the villa is limited to two vehicles. There is extra parking available in a designated guest parking area. Maximum parking for this villa is 3 cars. All vehicles &/or trailers that come to this rental must fit in the driveway and/or garage. No trailer of any type may be disconnected from the vehicle it's normally attached to unless it fits within the garage.
