Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped with plates, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, stainless steel refrigerator, 4 burner electric stove, microwave & dishwasher! The granite counter has 2 bar stools for you to enjoy a quick bite or your morning coffee from the Keurig Coffee machine. The coffee area is stocked with creamer, sugar and K-Cups that are available to use. The dining area features a round table & 6 dining chairs and is conveniently located near the kitchen.
Living Room: Enjoy the open floor plan, high ceilings, & spacious living room with comfortable seating on the leather sectional. Netflix, Hulu, Disney, YouTube and more are available via the Smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available for all of your streaming/ internet needs.
Sleeping Quarters:
Master Bedroom- Get a great nights rest on the Queen Sleep Number memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter & a quilt (for the cooler nights). The window coverings have blinds and black out curtains. The master bedroom also has a workspace.
The ensuite restroom features a glass shower with tile & a bench. Single vanity with plenty of counter space. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. A blow dryer is provided in the bathroom vanity drawer.
2nd Bedroom- Features a Queen size hybrid memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter, & a quilt as well. The window shade features blinds w/ sheer curtains. The 2nd full restroom is located off of the hall next to the bedroom.
The 2nd full bathroom features a tiled tub/shower combo and a single vanity. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. A blow dryer is provided in the bathroom vanity drawer.
3rd Bedroom- Features a Queen size Ghost Bed hybrid mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter, & a quilt as well. The window shade features blinds and curtains. This bedroom features a barn door to close off for added privacy.
Other Details: The HVAC and Heater are in your control! Feel free to modify the temperature for your comfort. Please do not adjust the thermostat below 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing. There are plenty of windows in the house to provide natural light which offer a bright-open feel! Closing the shades and curtains will help keep the home temperature cooler.
Exterior: The home has a fully fenced side patio accessible from the living room that features Adirondack seating, a sun shade, and string lights creating a nice ambience in the evenings. The only turf for your pets to enjoy is in the front of the home.
Parking/ Fence: The tandem driveway features 2 spaces. 1 car will comfortably fit under the carport & the additional car will have room on the driveway pad (2 cars MAX at the home). Other guests and cars may park on the street for free.
