Step inside this beautifully renovated mountain retreat into the main living space featuring a gas fireplace, natural lighting, and access to the covered portion of the outdoor deck with ample outdoor seating and a ceiling fan for warm summer days. The uncovered portion of the upper deck features an outdoor dining space for al fresco dining. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking utensil essentials. The main level features two primary bedrooms with outdoor deck access and en suite bathrooms, a spacious laundry room, and an updated powder room. Work from home in the private office located in one of the primary bedrooms on the main level. Once downstairs, enjoy another living space with a gas fireplace, a ping pong table, and access to the lower covered outdoor deck with ample outdoor seating. Downstairs, you will also find a wet bar, the third bedroom with en suite bathroom, a bunk room, with 2 queens and a twin above one of the queens, and an additional full bath. Stay connected to the outdoors with stunning panoramas and the mountain luxury this home offers. Optional access to the Lake Toxaway Country Club is available from April - November. *subject to application and usage fees*
