Welcome to The Theodora Chase Carriage House, a newly renovated 1928 Spanish-style home in West Palm Beach, where old-world charm meets modern comfort. This delightful retreat offers a chic and inviting atmosphere, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation.
Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Each room features both a king bed and a twin XL bed.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and stove. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or indulging in a homemade dinner, you'll find all the necessary utensils and cookware at your disposal. A coffee station is also provided, ensuring you can start your mornings with a delicious cup of coffee or tea.
The Carriage House is a two story, stand alone structure comprised of an upstairs carriage house and downstairs lounge area. At the top of the outdoor staircase, guests will find the main living and dining areas, which have central heat and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a smart TV. The downstairs is an indoor/outdoor area that includes a couch, additional smart tv, dining table and laundry room. NOTE: While there is AC in the living space upstairs, there's no AC in the lounge area downstairs, but the large barn doors open to the outside and a plug in fan is provided.
Just blocks away, you'll find the Intracoastal Waterway, where you can take leisurely walks along the water or immerse yourself in the wonders of the nearby Zoo, Science Center, and Aquarium.
