The Carriage House is a two story, stand alone structure comprised of an upstairs apartment and downstairs lounge area. At the top of the outdoor staircase, guests will find the main living and dining areas, which have central heat and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a smart TV. The downstairs is an indoor/outdoor area that includes a couch, additional smart tv, dining table and laundry room. NOTE: There's no AC in the lounge area downstairs, but the large barn doors open to the outside and a plug in fan is provided.
