Summary: Very convenient for us. Also allowed us to bring our dog. We enjoyed the fact that after 10pm, the upstairs neighbors were quite. Up until then you could hear everything. I couldn't tell if they were ripping up the floor, fighting, or having a really loud marrital relationship. LOL. Not kidding.
