Located in the emblematic neighborhood of Atocha, where everything is combined: natural spaces, museums, stores, restaurants...
A wifi connection and a coffee maker are also included.

The studio has all the details to make you feel at home.

- An ideal location in the center of Madrid, specifically in Atocha, in this neighborhood we find everything: natural areas such as the Retiro Park, Museums such as the Prado Museum, the Archaeological Museum, the Thynssen Bornemisza Museum, as well as having stores and restaurants of all kinds.
- It also includes a wifi connection, a coffee machine and a washing machine. You will not miss anything during your stay.
- Fully equipped with all the amenities and utensils necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay: sheets, towels, amenities kit will be provided, consisting of 2 bottles of shower gel 30ml, 2 bottles of shampoo 30ml, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 bars of hand soap. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag.
Other IMPORTANT features to keep in mind:
- You will have a set of keys at your disposal.
- ATTENTION: THIS IS A FOURTH FLOOR APARTMENT WITHOUT ELEVATOR. IF YOU DON'T LIKE CLIMBING STAIRS, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE :-)

You will appreciate my home for its modernity, equipment and location.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 people.
To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal:
An open space, with a bed and a sofa bed, it also has a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine ...) and.
a complete bathroom with shower. In addition to the amenities kit, it includes hairdryer.
On arrival at the flat you will be met in person by a member of our team, or failing that, if circumstances do not allow it, we can provide the option of self-check-in (in any case, a member of our team will visit you in the flat) If we receive you in person, free arrivals to the flat will be from 16:00h to 19.00h. Arrivals after 19:00h until 21:00h are subject to an extra charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest when handing over the keys. Arrivals after 21:00h until 00:00h are subject to a surcharge of 35€ to be paid by the guest when the keys are handed over. THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE AUTOCHECKIN. Early checkin - Late checkout available at no extra cost, subject to availability in the flat. CHECKIN UNTIL 00:00H GUARANTEED. Check AVAILABILITY OF CHECKIN from 00:00h onwards.
The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the apartment (150 € to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment).
Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities.
The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation.
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated in the reservation.
Turn off the lights and the air conditioning before leaving the apartment.
Please take out the garbage every day, with special care in the summer months. There are garbage cans on the street for this purpose.
Leave the house picked up before your departure.
