This is a brand new listing we are making available. Our Private 16 acre Malibu Sanctuary is located just a short walk from the sand but tucked back into a beautiful canyon next to a running creek that makes you feel like you have escaped to the middle of the forest. Our new 2400 sq foot modern home comes with a 3 outdoor decks, a hot tub, sauna, cold plunge and steam shower.
Our modern home is sitting alongside a creek just a 5 minute walk from the sand just a few miles past Zuma Beach in western Malibu. Our Living Space and kitchen are combined into one large open area with a big island for cooking and relaxing. The space has 20 foot ceilings and large Fleetwood sliding doors that can open to give you the ultimate indoor/outdoor experience. Our Master bedroom has large windows and a sliding pocket door across the back that opens up to another more private deck with an outdoor bathtub. Upstairs there is a kids bedroom with two twin beds and a loft and a
guest room with massive windows and a queen bed. There is also a bathroom upstairs with a shower tub.
