Surrounded by acres of private property, it is the perfect place to get away year round for some unplugging and relaxation! Quiet and peaceful. Lots of privacy on your own deck listening to the birds. Chances are, you may spot wild turkey or whitetail deer scampering by. Property borders 100's of Clark County forest acres of wilderness just waiting to be explored!
Enjoy year-round sporting all season long. Area has all the outdoor activities - close to Hatfield recreation area, Hatfield Sports Shop, and Webb’s Rental for pontoons, kayaks, paddle boards, water inflatables, ATVs, UTVs and more! We are right on the Clark County/Jackson County ATV trail. No need to trailer just hop on and ride to fun.
Close to Levis Mound Trail Center - referred to as the best mountain bike trail system in the Midwest, offers exceptional hiking trails and breath taking scenery. Lake Arbutus is only a 5 min short drive for boating, canoe/kayaking, fishing, and some beach fun with the entire family! Winter has ice fishing at Lake Arbutus, snowmobiling, nearby Bruce Mound Winter Sports Area for some skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing.
Adult only night out? We are 15 minutes' drive to Ho-Chunk Gaming in Black River Falls to have a great time with over 600 slots, table games, and bingo.

This cozy two bedroom, one bathroom cottage home offers sleeping accommodations for up to six guests with the existing beds: Master full mattress (2), and two twin over twin bunk beds twin mattresses (4). However, if your group is larger, we have linens available for one queen mattress futon (+2) for additional sleeping in the living room, allowing sleeping for up to eight guests. We think the perfect group size is 6 but we'd be happy host all 8 - keep in mind it will be a little cozier.
Living room has pull-out futon sofa, ceiling fan, fireplace, and television with Roku. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ streaming are complimentary for our guests. The kitchen has the essentials and basic cookware you'll need to cook a nice home-cooked meal for you and your family, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, instant pot, Keurig and Mr Coffee coffee makers, and all the necessities. Washer and dryer use is complimentary for guests.
Enjoy a campfire around the firepit. Bring your tents and sleeping bags to enjoy camping in the backyard by the firepit.

You and your family and friends will have access to the whole house except the garage. Guests can access the entire property except for areas which are locked. Enjoy looking at nature in the garden gazebo or sit on the deck for complete privacy and tranquility. Enjoy bird, deer and wild turkey watching. A Weber gas grill is available and firepit to use. Internet Wi-Fi and Roku for the TV. We have plenty of parking spaces.
Smoking allowed outside on the deck only. There will be a $200 fee if you smoke inside for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
