With beach gear, ping pong table, beautifully remodeled kitchen and large dining area - this home is the perfect stay for friends and family. The space is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, a large television, ample seating, and all the towels and linens you'll need.
For sleeping you'll find a king bed, queen bed, full over full bunk bed, and a large sofa.

The Home:
As you enter the Seaside Sanctuary you will be welcomed by our spacious living room furnished with a large sofa, loveseat, and flat screen TV. This space includes a table with the guest book and some additional information for making your stay as easy as possible. Our smart TV with Roku gives you access to your Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+ and more!
The living room opens to the dining area with a table for 6 and a fully stocked kitchen. For cooking, the kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, mixing bowls, cooking sheets, oil, spices and more. There is a large refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee station, and a brand new toaster at your disposal.
We hope you'll have some time off of work during your stay but if not, in the dining area you will find a workspace with desk and office chair.
Down the hall you'll pass the first full bath before reaching bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one has a King sized bed, bedroom two has a full sized bunk bed with a reading nook. The bunk room also includes a basket with plenty of puzzles and books for the family to enjoy. Off the dining room, you will find the third bedroom with Queen sized bed and additional TV equipped with Roku streaming device.
You will find the second full bath, equipped with rainfall shower head, just off the garage. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels for the whole family.
In the garage you have access to free laundry with detergent provided, as well as an ironing board and iron. Beach towels and beach chairs are also provided and can be found in the garage. We offer a fully fenced private yard for our guests to use during your stay.
Please remember, this listing is very new and all furnishings and appliances are completely new. Please treat our belongings with care, and do not smoke anywhere on the property.
IMPORTANT: We are a pet friendly home but we DO require a pet fee. If you are planning to bring your pet please enter the number of pets when you make the reservation.
Guest Access:
At the Seaside Sanctuary you will have the entire home and private fenced yard to yourselves.
Guests will receive their own PIN code for the pinpad on the front door, which will work for the duration of your stay.

REMINDER: We do allow pets but they must be house/litter trained. We DO require a pet fee so please enter the number of pets when you make your reservation. Please pick up after your pet in the yard.
We love to provide the absolute most for our guests but we ask that you treat our belongings as well as you would treat your own! If you use beach toys please rinse them off before leaving and make sure you bring them back. Any broken games or toys must be replaced or paid for.

Our home is located in the quiet and safe residential area of Disston Heights. You will often see our neighbors walking and biking around the neighborhood and enjoying the fresh coastal air and sunshine.
The St. Petersburg Seaside Sanctuary is centrally located to downtown St. Petersburg and St. Pete beach. There are endless places to go with hopping restaurants and bars, modern shopping and boutiques, and ocean views just miles away.
