Summary: House was just right for our needs during our Thanksgiving vacation in CA. Owner was very gracious and communication with her was great. Extra supplies such as liquid hand soap and tissue would have been appreciated but we just bought some items ourselves. Prospective renters: Be aware that there is an attached unit to the house (included in the rental description), so if you're a light sleeper and IF the guests there are noisy, it may be an issue for you. We heard music and talking well after the start of quiet hours (10 pm) on a couple of nights. It wasn't super loud but the walls are thin. We weren't bothered by the noise so we didn't need to contact the owner. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you!
