Condo Application: A $200 non-refundable fee is required for guest registration. Applications must be submitted at least 14 business days before arrival, or an additional $50 expedite fill be required by the condo association to process (4 day min turnaround).
Security Deposit: A $250 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit card and released after checkout, minus any deductions for damages.
Parking: One parking spot is included; a $50 registration fee applies.
Pets: A $200 fee per pet applies, with additional building requirements.
Exterior painting is in progress — occasional brief access to move balcony furniture and short pool closures may occur; we’ll always notify you in advance.
