🛌 Living room on main floor features a full-size pullout sofa bed.
🛌 Game Room in lower level serves as a fifth bedroom as there are two sets of bunk beds, with queen mattresses on the bottom and twin mattresses on the top.
☮️ Private hot tub is located outside the living room doors. It's in a private area with a lockable gate. I keep the hot tub super clean, it gets serviced every Monday.
🍗 The home includes a charcoal grill. You’ll need to provide the charcoal and lighter fluid, etc.
👨‍🍳 Private Chef service is available and highly recommended! Multiple-course Chef’s tasting menu, THC-infused, and brunch service are most popular among larger groups.

This spacious 4bd/2.5ba Smart-Home boasts a prime location in the heart of downtown Denver’s RiNo Art District, just a short walk to the best bars, restaurants, breweries, dispensaries and nightlife in the city.
The Party Palace features a 1000+ square foot Game Room in the lower level which includes a pool table, roulette/poker table, “Pop-a-shot” dual basketball game, HD projector with 128-inch motorized projector screen, PlayStation VR (Virtual Reality gaming console), and two sets of bunk-beds with queen mattresses on the bottom and twin mattresses on top.
From the moment you enter the home, the touch-points are endless: cast-iron and brass railings, gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, oak hardwood floors, voice-activated color-changing lights, Sonos speakers, Alexa devices in each room, and rainfall shower-heads in each of the full bathrooms.
Unwind in the on-site private hot tub with a glass of wine after a long day, then spoil yourself further with our in-home massage service!
Three bedroom suites are located on the upper level of the home, and one bedroom is on the main level. The Master Bedroom Suite features a 5-piece ensuite bathroom with private balcony (great city views!). 3 of the 4 bedrooms have California King beds, and the fourth bedroom has 3 twin beds. For larger groups, we will provide extra rollaway beds so everyone is comfortable. The house can sleep a total of 20 guests. Rates are based on occupancy, which includes anyone who will be entering the property at any point during your stay. While events are welcome, they must be pre-approved, and additional fees will apply.
Denver’s first park (Curtis Park) is just across the street from the house, which provides a large community pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and kids’ playground.
