Modern Mountain Getaway is a brand-new custom-built home found in Paradise Estates, a small quiet and safe residential area among gorgeous views of the surrounding mountain and trees of the Mt. Rainier National Forrest. When you arrive, guests are invited to park under our carport
which can accommodate most any vehicle. If you are traveling with a camper or trailer there is plenty of parking on the property to accommodate you.
The home comfortably sleeps 4 people with two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and smart tv. The home has two full bathrooms complete with spacious showers and heated bidet toilet seats. This open concept home features large picture windows framing the amazing treetop views.
We decorated reflecting a “modern rustic” aesthetic. There is comfy leather sofa in the living area to relax and a modern gas fireplace with a large smart tv for your entertainment. The great room also features a small dining table and kitchen island bar with seating for four. You will find our kitchen is well appointed with new stainless-steel appliances. The space is also stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans and dishes you will need with the convenience of a dishwasher to help you clean up. We also offer guests a full-size washer and dryer. Walk through the back door and you find yourself on our spacious covered backyard deck! Complete with hot tub, propane grill, outdoor dining and seating around our fire pit.
Sleeping arrangements: The primary suite is downstairs and is cozy in size but features a fabulous on suite bathroom. The room features a queen size bed and smart tv. Upstairs you will find the secondary bedroom also with queen size bed and smart tv. The upstairs also features a game loft
stocked with a collection of playing cards, board games, puzzles and our favorite… a Pac Man arcade game machine!
