The Space:
If you’re looking for a wonderful family and pet-friendly stay in Querétaro, You’ve found it! This gated and secure neighborhood has lots of great stuff to enjoy, like a communal pool and a playground for the kids. You’ll be within walking distance or a short drive from everything you could need.
Highlights of the bi-level, 180 m2 home:
The main level offers an open floor plan featuring a sitting area with a pair of sofas, a dining table for 8 guests, and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any meal of the day and we’ve included some complimentary coffee and tea to welcome you. Outside you’ll find an enclosed patio with a built-in charcoal grill and a shaded dining table great for enjoying meals in the lovely weather.
The home has 2.5 bathrooms and 3 relaxing bedrooms to accommodate 9 guests. When it’s time to rest and recharge, the bedrooms are as such:

The Neighborhood:
The name ZIBATÁ comes from the Otomi language and means "Place at the top of the valley." This new community is located in modern Querétaro, in the fastest growing area of the city, in front of two of the most important roads: the Junípero Serra ring road and the Universities Circuit. ZIBATÁ has more than 175 hectares of green areas perfectly distributed between theme parks, roundabouts and ridges, in addition to linear gardens to which a bike path has been incorporated that runs through the entire development.

There is no daily housekeeping, however, if you’d like to have the home cleaned during your stay, you can add this for an extra fee. Let us know if you require a mid-stay cleaning prior to your arrival or at least 48 hours in advance.

- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8:30 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- A maximum of one dog of small to medium size is permitted. Prior approval from the property manager is required. Extra fees may be incurred for excessive pet hair, and pets are prohibited from using furniture.
