The home has one of the best swimming frontages on this highly sought after spring fed, and dam controlled lake system. Its also just a short drive to award winning golf courses, majestic hiking, unique shopping, entertainment venues, snow skiing, and numerous dining options.
This fully remodeled and landscaped, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath contemporary cape cod has all the comforts of home, with a stunning waterfront lake view. Windows abound in the sunny main floor great room. The open floor plan includes a spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, and finely appointed dining area for six. It also includes a large family room with an inviting pit group seating area, a professional game table and panoramic lake views.
The new kitchen has counter height island seating for four, a large pantry, main fridge, 2nd beverage fridge, five burner stove/oven unit, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, Instant Pot, Crock Pot, blender, mixer, drip coffee maker, and electric water kettle. The 35 foot by 17 foot all-season, walk-in pier provides guests with staircase and ladder access to a sandy bottom swim area (during the warm season). This is absolutely one of the best swim areas in all of Wisconsin. A hundred yards of the seawall lies a shallow sandbar for lounging or playing in the waves. The walk in pier has ample room to fish, hangout, lake watch, and reflect. Enjoy the sunsets on the permanent pier bench, do yoga on the water front or enjoy your favorite beverages with friends and family.
The grassy side yard, and lake frontage are southern facing, making them perfect for sunbathing, picnics, games, or just relaxing. The car park area is large, and a great place to play on your favorite cornhole set, or let the kids ride on their scooters.
