Please be aware that there is a city noise ordinance prohibiting loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a peaceful residential neighborhood with long-term residents, including families with children and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Any violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and may result in authorities being called, along with our local security team asking all guests to vacate the premises immediately, without a refund.
Only the registered number of guests (up to a maximum of 7) are allowed on the property at all times. This policy is strictly enforced for insurance reasons. Violating this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
