PARKING
"Coho Cottage has free parking for up to 3 vehicles on our parking pad off the back. All vehicles must be parked entirely on this pad and this pad alone. There is NO street parking allowed anywhere in our neighborhood. Do not park on any grass in the neighborhood."
OUTDOOR SPACE
One of the highlights of Coho Cottage is the large, covered front porch. Adorned with Adirondack chairs, it's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. The porch overlooks the picturesque surroundings, offering a peaceful retreat where you can soak in the fresh Michigan air. Our front and back yards are being naturalized with native grasses and wildflowers typically seen along the lakeshore. Please pardon the bare spots during that process. The outdoor space extends to a backyard where you can relax, play, or dine al fresco, making the most of your time in this serene environment.
HOUSE RULES
* No smoking
* No pets allowed.
* No fireworks
* Quiet hours from 10 pm - 6 am
* No events, parties, or large gatherings
* Please report any damages that occur during the stay
* Please refrain from leaving any food, coolers, or trash outside. Doing so may attract bears and other wildlife.
* We have a septic system. Please do not flush any feminine hygiene products or flushable wipes.
* Do not put anything down the kitchen garbage disposal except crumbs. All food scraps and peelings go in the garbage.
* There is a $500 fee for smoking on the premises.
* Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
* These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
* Extra Guests: We have a strict 6-guest limit. If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
