Located in the heart of the historic town of Luray, VA, this charming home was built in 1918 and has been beautifully updated to offer all the modern comforts while retaining its original character and charm.
Shops, dining, and parks are all a short walk away. A 15-minute drive will put you at the entrance to Shenandoah National Park. Whether you're looking to immerse yourself in small-town charm or explore the great outdoors, our centrally-located home is the perfect base for your trip.
Step inside and be greeted by stylish decor that seamlessly blends vintage and contemporary elements. The interiors are light-filled and spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The living room features comfortable seating, a TV, and a cozy fireplace, creating the perfect spot for relaxing with family and friends.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Visit one of the many local farm markets to source local ingredients for a farm-to-table feast. Enjoy your meals in the bright and bold dining room or out on the back deck, where you can catch views of the surrounding mountains.
Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms and an office, each with their own unique style and character. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with plush bedding and plenty of natural light. The primary bedroom is furnished with king-sized bed and also features a TV and spacious closet. The secondary bedroom, or "Dolly Room," as we like to call it, is furnished with a queen-sized bed. This bedroom also has the best views in the house, where you'll be able to see the Blue Ridge Mountains to the east and the Massanutten Mountains to the northwest.
The upstairs office/third bedroom third bedroom is perfect for guests who need to work remotely. The room includes a comfortable desk and chair, creating an ideal workspace for those who need to get work done during their stay. A cozy couch doubles as a pull-out queen-sized bed.
There are two bathrooms in the house--one full bathroom and one half bathroom. The half bathroom is located on the main floor, just off the kitchen/dining area. A washer and dryer are also housed in the half bathroom, and available for guest use. The newly-renovated upstairs full bathroom features a full-size stand-up shower and contemporary finishes. Please note that there is no bathtub.
The home is equipped with Xfinity internet, a fast and reliable provider, ensuring that guests can stay connected and productive throughout their stay. Whether you're visiting Luray for business or pleasure, our home provides a comfortable and convenient space to make the most of your time in this beautiful town.
Outside, the property boasts a large fenced-in backyard (perfect for furry companions) and a spacious deck, ideal for enjoying good weather and good company. Guests also have access to a propane grill. The covered front porch is a lovely spot for sipping coffee and taking in the sun's morning rays.
Ample street parking is available right in front of the house, and two additional private parking spots are available to the rear of the property.
Dogs are welcome (2 maximum)! We ask that you let us know a little bit about your pet guests when booking. If you selected a pet when booking reservation you have already covered your pet fees. If you only added people to your reservation and need to add a pet to your reservation, please let us know.
Guests have access to the entire house and yard, with the exception of the basement and storage room.

The house is located in a quiet, urban, residential neighborhood just one block off of Main Street. Hawksbill Brewery, restaurants, coffee shops, and the scenic Hawksbill Greenway are just a short walk away.
While the house's location puts it within walking distance of dining and shopping, a car is a necessity for getting around Luray and the surrounding area. Ample street parking is available, as well as off-street parking directly behind the house.
A queen-sized air mattress is also available for guest use.

This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

** $75 pet fee must be paid prior to check-in, or your pet will not be allowed on the property.
** Dogs must be house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
** Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
** You will be charged for any excessive damage caused by your pet.
