Located just 10 minutes from Mortimer Farms, 4 minutes from NAU-Yavapai College, 5 minutes from Prescott Valley Center, and just under 20 minutes from downtown Prescott Valley and Watson Lake, our 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom townhome is your perfect getaway!
Our beautifully decorated and cozy home has everything you need to relax and have fun with the whole group!
This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests be respectful of our neighborhood by avoiding loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave.
No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $200.00. We care deeply about the health and well-being of our guests and strong smells can linger and disturb the following guest's stay.

Our bright and airy 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience everything Prescott Valley has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
Our living room comes with a game set and a 55-inch smart TV so you can watch and play at the same time. Our TVs come with the ability to log in to Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.
We have three bedrooms in the townhouse. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding and extra pillows so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.
For your convenience, the bathrooms come with essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, a toothbrush holder, body wash, and shampoo and conditioner.
While many local restaurants are just minutes away, sometimes nothing beats a relaxing meal at home. Our spacious, fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need for a fun dinner with the group including a refrigerator, oven range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and tea, Ninja blender, toaster, cooking utensils, knife set, dishes, drinking glasses, pots and pans, baking sheets, colander, cooking spray, and basic spices.
We also have a washer and dryer upstairs with an ironing board and iron.
