The Agence de la Forêt Blanche offers a superb new chalet of approximately 108m², ideally located in the heart of the Vars Les Claux resort. Just 300 meters from shops and the ski slopes, it offers a prime location where everything is within walking distance, without needing a car. The nearest ski school is the ESF in the center.
Designed with logic and functionality in mind, the chalet is organized around a ski room and a proper entrance leading to the living area, which comfortably accommodates up to ten people. On the ground floor, the first bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite shower room with WC.
Upon going upstairs, you'll find a spacious and inviting living area with a wood-burning stove, a television, two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and induction cooktop. A large extendable table makes it easy to share meals with family and friends.
The upper floor features a double bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) placed side-by-side with mattress toppers, which can be separated or kept together as needed, and a television. There is also a bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm) in a cozy alcove, and a final bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and a bunk bed (120x200cm). An additional shower room and a separate toilet complete this level.
This exceptional chalet, brand new and tastefully decorated, is ideal for holidays in both winter and summer. It features small balconies perfect for enjoying the charming setting of the resort. Linens are included, beds are made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is also included. The property includes a parking space.
