This brand new, modern, three story build is sure to have everything you need to enjoy your stay in Nashville! From the breathtaking vaulted ceilings, to the endless natural light, this spot is both spacious and vibrant. Come enjoy the modern furnishings while being centrally located to some of Nashville's finest restaurants, attractions and bars. This spot is only 1.5 miles to 12 South, 3 miles to The Gulch and 3.5 miles to downtown.

This spot was both thoughtfully and functionally designed.
Bedrooms: There are two queen beds and two king beds, providing just the right amount of space to spread out and feel at home. We also provide single roll away beds for added sleeping arrangements.
Kitchen: The house includes a fully equipped kitchen for travelers looking to stay in and cook up a feast!
Living Room: With a large sofa and several accent chairs, we welcome our guests to sit back, relax and enjoy some streaming. The couch in the living room does convert to a sofa bed.
Bathrooms: There are 4 bathrooms, providing just the right amount of privacy for every traveler.
Bonus Room: Hang out and enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the french doors to the balcony. The couch in this room also converts to a sofa bed.
Deck: Enjoy dinner under the sky or just hang out on the spacious deck!
Parking: Free street parking, as well as parking behind the house.
