Positive: the apartment is SUPERB, extremely clean and well fitted with top equipment and furniture. completelly fitted kitchen, dish washing machine, clothes wahsing machine and driyer. direct access from the garage where there is a double parking lot assigned to the apt. owners are very nice and we communicated very well all the way. there is an extremely large commercial center nearby (by car at least) where you can find anything.
Negative: at the time of our visit the neighbourhood is still under construction so heavy machinery and workers appear in the morning and during the day. we came by car so I dont know how the transportation is like for pedestrians. the apt have only one toilet and one shower, separated in two different rooms. there is no air conditioning, as the building is not allowed to install it - but we did not need it.
