LIVING AREAS
The Delta Manor offers an open concept living area perfect for spending time with your family around a fireplace or discussing your next business venture’s strategy with a large screen SmartTV for presentations or a streaming movie. The library offers seating for four with natural light. In the basement, there is another living room with another SmartTV, full sized wet bar and outdoor patio. Lounge on the sofa and enjoy your favorite sports game.
The Carriage House’s main living area offers an upscale lounge area with a sofa and large screen SmartTV with streaming apps. Primary bedroom also offers a lounge area for guests to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail in the evening.
KITCHEN and DINING
The well equipped Manor kitchen includes a viking stove, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating. Dine next to a fireplace at the expandable farm table for up to 12 guests. Additionally, the Manor’s formal marble dining room table seats 8 overseen by a beautiful chandelier to enhance your dining experience with those that matter most to you.
The Carriage House’s fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for 4 and a large island for a total of 8. Perfect for a grazing meal or your favorite hors d'oeuvres while hosting a happy hour with your guests
BEDROOMS and BATHS
The Delta Manor has a total of five bedrooms, one loft and a pop-up queen bed that sleep up to 13 guests. 4 full and 1 half bathrooms The Carriage House has a total of 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 9 guests. 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. Every bathroom is stocked with complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
The master bedroom in the Manor has a sleep-by-number king bed, and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms have a mix of king and queen beds with the remaining full bathrooms equipped with shower/tub combos.
At the Carriage House the primary bedroom has a king bed with a separate queen trundle bed over a twin with an ensuite bath with a jetted soaking tub separate shower. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, SmartTVs and joined together with a jack-and-jill bathroom.
