This is the perfect stay for that guest that is "in-between homes." Are you just moving to the area? In the process of building a home? Did you just sell your home and need a place to stay temporarily? Are you in town for a small period of time for business or visiting family? Whatever your situation is, we have you covered! We just ask for a minimum 1 month stay.
Our home is located in a nice, family friendly neighborhood in beautiful Eagle, Idaho. You'll be in a fantastic location, right across the street from Eagle Island State Park and the Boise River! All within a 5 minute drive you will find restaurants, groceries, Costco, and more. Reach out to us and we can give you our favorite spots!
Every year we take pride in updating this home so guests can have the best experience. As you walk in, there is a fully equipped office where you'll find a massive L-shaped desk and printer for all those remote workers. In the same space we've included a stationary bike to get your sweat in.
Down the hall is the entertainment area, where you have the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Kick back and relax on the dual reclining sectional couch while you take in some Netflix on the 75" smart TV. As you move to the kitchen, you won't be left with wanting more. Your family's masterchef will love the upgraded stainless steel appliances, toaster oven/air fryer, and Keurig. Your kitchen is fully stocked for any kind of meal you want to make, so have at it!
The upstairs features a second living area, where we have included another smart TV, allowing for everyone to separate when the ladies want to watch the Bachelor, and the men want the game on. The first of 3 rooms is the gorgeous master en-suite, which consists of a stand up shower, soaker tub, and MASSIVE walk in closet. The other two bedrooms upstairs have 1 queen bed, and 1 full size bed. Also available for the young ones is a toddler bed and/or a pack 'n play. Laundry is conveniently located on the 2nd floor as well.
To top it off, you can enjoy those beautiful Idaho evenings in the entertainment area out back. We just installed a more than comfortable wicker patio set, and a dazzling fire pit to enjoy with friends and family. The Jackson's down the street has firewood, marshmallows, graham crackers, and the chocolate you need to enjoy the space whenever you like! First round of lumber and S'mores is on us!
